1. What do you do at Spaghetti Agency?
I’m one of the two Directors (the talented one, obviously) so I make sure everything’s running smoothly. I’m responsible for Admin, HR, and Marketing.

3. Your favourite thing to do outside of the ranch?
Sleep, read a book on a sun lounger, or do a fun activity.
4. The 3 words Team Spag would use to describe you?
Hopefully something along the lines of ‘kind’ and ‘helpful’, but also probably ‘late’.
5. Your work pet peeve?
Luckily, we don’t have this problem at Spaghetti, but elsewhere I’d say honesty. Whatever the issue, it can be solved if everyone’s honest and open.
6. What job did you want to have when you were a kid?
Singer/dancer/actress.
7. If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Is chocolate a meal? I guess not. Anyway, chocolate.
8. One thing that surprised you about working at Spaghetti Agency?
I’m still surprised at the incredible amount of support we get. Everywhere I go locally I end up chatting to lovely people who’ve heard of us which is just awesome.
9. One of the biggest misconceptions that people have about your job?
Some people think that copywriting is related to intellectual property copyright. It’s not. ?
10. If you could add one thing to the Spag Office, what would it be?
I’m considering getting an air fryer for the kitchen. Wow, I’ve changed. But they’re so good!
11. What’s one moment at work that made you think, "Damn, I’m really good at this"?
I get that awesome ‘in flow’ feeling when I’m editing copy (which I don’t do much these days) or running small group marketing mentoring. I love using coaching questions to help people, and I also love making helpful connections and referrals.
