Friday Digital Roundup

The Friday Digital Roundup is a witty take on the weird world of the internet. With fun stories from around the globe, it’s the only email newsletter you’ll actually read and enjoy!

We do love writing it, but clearly not as much as people like receiving it - just look at the response we got when a technical hitch meant it wasn’t sent out on time!

Coffee and the FDR is how I start my Friday.
Do not engage until I have devoured both

Meschi Consultants @MeschiConsult

When it comes to the end of the week, there is no better way to start a Friday than with a run around the internet with Todd and Jo in the FDR. Just don't let them know I do it from the loo!

What Happens When You Get In Touch With Us At Spaghetti Agency?

Mon 3rd Apr 2023
gettingintouch, Values

At Spaghetti Agency we’re big on processes and we have a system for everything. So I thought it might be useful for you to know what happens if you’re considering working with us, so there are no surprises and you know what to expect.

At Spaghetti Agency we specialise in digital marketing, and your package will be tailored depending on what’s needed. You may be getting in touch about blogging, email marketing, website copywriting, social media management, paid ads, or SEO. Perhaps your team is in need of some motivating training in digital marketing. Or maybe you just want to get ‘out there’ a bit more, but you’re not entirely sure which methods would be the right option for you.

As we mention inour values we’re honest and will never try and sell you anything you don’t need. We’ll listen to you talk about your business and what you’re trying to achieve, and we’ll make recommendations based on your knowledge and our expertise.

What Happens When You Get In Touch With Us At Spaghetti Agency?

Getting in touch

You can contact us any way you like, but here are the most typical ways people approach us:

  • Call us and speak to Lynne on 01926 942294

Or

  • Email us and we’ll get back to you

Or

When you speak to us we’ll book in an initial call with me, Jo. I’m one of the two Co-Directors and I will listen to what you need and work out whether we might be the right people to help. As usual, there’s no bull; just beef!

What are the costs?

In terms of costs, the investment you pay comes from a combination of working out what you need, and jointly deciding which services you choose.

Here are the main options:

  1. If you’re a solo, self-funding business owner, you may want to look at our Goldmine programme, which is bespoke 121 training to give you support and accountability.
  1. If you’re a leader in an established company or organisation employing a team, we’d typically speak about our ‘Done For You’ monthly retainer services. These typically include content packages, social media, SEO, and/or Ads management. If you’re starting from scratch with your marketing you may need an audit and a strategy first. We do a lot of in-house training for teams, too. We tailor each package to suit your business, which we’ll work out when we chat. Investments start from £500 per month.

How do I find out the actual investment for what I want?

To work out the best thing to do and to get the actual figure for your particular package, we’ll need to have a couple of calls.

Call 1 with Jo = To discuss your business and your marketing aims

Call 2 with Todd = To work out the right package for you

Sorry, but diagnosis without investigation is malpractice. I know we’re cowboys and not doctors, but you get the analogy. ?

These calls are important because:

  • We jointly need to work out whether we’re the right fit for each other and;
  • We need to work out whether we can help you with what you need.

What happens when I get in touch?

  1. Your initial call is with me, Jo, and involves me asking you a few questions to work out what you’re aiming to achieve and whether we’re the right people to help.
  2. If it looks like we may be a good fit, I will book you a subsequent call with Todd to work out exactly which package would be the best for you. He’ll be able to give you a full outline of costs and how it all works.

If it’s not quite right we’re happy to part as friends, and refer you on to someone who can help. That involves us all being open and honest.

  1.  After speaking to Todd if we’re keen to work together, we’ll jointly create a proposal with everything you’re expecting to see, including the investment, which you’ll have already discussed. There are no surprises around here.
  2. When you’re happy, you sign the proposal during a Zoom call with Todd, and we get to work with the onboarding process.
    Yeehaa!

PS: If at any point during the process you decide not to go ahead, that’s absolutely fine. We won’t strike you off the Christmas card list. Just don’t ghost us, or we’ll come at you with the cattle prod!

There’s no harm in getting in touch, so shoot us a message today and let’s see if we can help you.
